The Wisdom Bar is a series of expert-led talks and discussion nights hosted at bars and creative spaces throughout NYC. Each gathering explores a unique topic, led by a passionate speaker who shares their expertise with the room and opens it up for conversation.

These nights are for anyone interested in hanging out over drinks, casually learning something new, and having in-depth conversations. No expertise required. Just come curious.

Each event combines one unique topic and one expert speaker for an evening built around thoughtful discussion and good drinks.

A typical night looks like:

6:30pm – Doors open. Grab drinks and snacks before settling into a seat (first come first serve)

6:50pm – Host welcomes and intros

7:00pm – Lecture begins 

8:00pm – Q&A plus dedicated 1-on-1 time with the speaker. Grab another drink and chat about your thoughts with other attendees. 

8:30pm – Event concludes

Anyone! Whether you're deeply familiar with the topic or completely new to it, these talks are designed to feel accessible, approachable, and engaging. Come with friends. Come alone. Just come.

Please note: because talks are hosted in bars and spaces where alcohol is served, these events are 21+

Any! Each event centers around a different topic spanning art, philosophy, sociology, history, politics, technology, science, relationships, mythology, and pop culture. (Just to name a few). We hope to introduce new perspectives!

All tickets are sold on Eventbrite.

Tickets for each event are released individually. Space is intentionally limited to keep the lectures intimate, so we recommend reserving a spot in advance.
